How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → KnowScore → Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → KnowScore → Cancel.
How do I follow a team?
Go to the Following tab and tap the "+" button to search for and add any national team competing in the FIFA World Cup 2026. Free accounts can follow up to 3 teams; Premium accounts have no limit.
Why did a match prediction change?
Predictions update automatically when new information becomes available — an injury or suspension, an official lineup announcement, or a recent match result. Check the "What Changed Today" feed on the Insights tab to see the reason behind any shift.
How do I delete my account and data?
