This Privacy Policy explains how KnowScore ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application on iOS and Android. By using KnowScore you agree to the practices described below.

KnowScore is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.

How to request deletion:

Upon deletion we will remove: your account credentials, display name, team follows, push notification token, and any usage data linked to your account. Purchase records may be retained as required by applicable tax law (typically 7 years in Portugal).


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of KnowScore after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
